How to Make a Castor Oil Pack for Breast Health

Today I’m going to share with you how to make an awesome castor oil pack for breast health.

Why might a castor oil pack be beneficial? I know it sounds weird, but castor oil packs can help with several different breast-related issues. For instance, if you have problems with fibroids in your breasts, if you have fibrocystic breasts, if you have been through breast cancer surgery, or if you have some inflammation in the breast tissue, castor oil packs can be hugely beneficial.

In this video, I’ll show you what supplies you need to make a castor oil pack and exactly what to do that will make the process lots easier and therapeutic, plus information on how to use them for liver/colon detoxes, AND one special tip that will amp up the healing! Enjoy!

Hello, thank you for this informative video! Which brands do you recommend for the castor oil and the carrier oils you mentioned in this video? Want to make sure I’m purchasing organic, healthy oils. Thank you

      Hi Sarah,

As long as they are organic and easily available in your country (wherever that is), you really don’t need to worry so much. Buying organic means that they should not have any toxic residue in them. Just google “organic castor oil” and see what comes up for your region. The essential oils I recommend are Young Living.

Thank you so much for sharing this in your blog. I had heard about it but was unsure if it is possible to use this packs on breast cancer tumor? I have a slow growing tumor and didn’t want to make a surgery to remove it. Greetings

      Dear Roma,
I have just sent you a long email explaining why I think you should strongly consider having the surgery to remove the tumor. It is in your best interest to carefully consider this, and THEN you can use natural healing methods to help yourself get back to health. I share this because women who choose not to have the tumor removed do not fare as well (in my lengthy experience) as those who choose to have the surgery. So please read through the email and if I can help you in any way, just let me know.
      Warmest regards,

    Hi Marnie,
How many times can you use this before you have to wash the cloth and start over? I’d like to use it to get rid of the adhesians that have resulted from my double mastectomy & lymph nodes about 3 yrs ago. It feels like I have a very tight bra on. Your video was very helpful! I just found this site. You’re doing a huge service – thank you! – Jean

      Hi Jeanina,
I generally only use the castor-oil soaked cloth a couple of times and then either toss it or launder it. I hope this helps you with the adhesions. You might also want to look into getting some deep tissue massage done, depending upon where the adhesions are. If you need more info on that, let me know.
      Warmest regards,
      Marnie

        Hi Marnie,

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I greatly appreciate it.

Is a heating pack necessary? Will it still be effective without a heat source?

          Hi Michelle,
Thanks for your patience with my response. The heat helps drive the castor oil into the tissues better. So while you could do this without the heat source, it works ever so much better with it! Hope this helps.
          Warmest regards,

Do have you any concern with the large amounts of EMF that are emitted by the heating pad?

      Hi Anna,

I don’t have any concerns because I have an EMF blocker in my home, and I also use a biofrequency device that sends me beneficial frequencies, but if you are concerned about it, just use a hot water bottle.
      Warmest regards,
